Extra-virgin olive oil
Our extra-virgin olive oil is made with the olives that are picked in our farm, that surrounds the Palazzo Grande of Corciano; the olives belong to the following varieties: “Dolce Agogia”, “Leccino” and “Moraiolo”.
The picking is made by hand only, in order to preserve the integrity of the olives and

they are cold-pressed in the mill, according to the tradition, right after being selected. It is a limited, high-quality production, for refined connoisseurs who look for genuine tastes. We thus wanted to perform a gesture of love for our land, as well as a gesture of friendship for all those who will have the opportunity to experience its most precious flavours through this excellent product. |
